Raw Chocolate Mousse Pie

Chocolate Mousse
1/4 Avocado
1 1/2 cup coconut milk (I used canned cuz its thicker)
3 Tb raw Cacao powder
3 dates
1 1/2 Tb Raw Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbs coconut butter ( usually I use almond butter, it works great too)

*Note: I almost alway use only  dates in this recipe (no honey) and up the dates to @8-10 soaked. But it was my hubby's b-day so I wanted it to be a little more fancy, so I added honey and it was yummy...your choice :).

Blend in blender till smooth, creamy and pretty thick.

Nut Crust
~1 cup nuts (i used pecans and walnuts..but have used almost every kind of nut and they all work)
~1/4 cup coconut flakes
~ 4 dates
~ 1 Tb coconut oil
~ dash Himalayan salt

Process all crust ingredients in the food processor till a chunky slightly sticky consistency.  Then push firmly into a glass pie pan.  Pour chocolate mouse into crust and refrigerate for a few hours till firm. Enjoy!!!
